SeenByAI LLC (“SeenByAI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables
users to scan and analyze websites, evaluate AI readiness, measure AI visibility, generate AI optimization
assets, and monitor AI visibility performance through an interactive dashboard (the “Platform”). These Terms
of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of our website, the Platform, all associated tools, dashboards,
reports, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to
be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent
that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to both you and that entity

SeenByAI provides AI visibility analysis, generative engine optimization (GEO) tooling, AI readiness auditing, and related optimization tools designed to help businesses become more understandable, trustworthy, and citable to AI-driven search and recommendation systems. We reserve the right to modify, expand, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features included in a specific Subscription tier, subject to Section 19.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, SeenByAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes during the term of your Subscription. This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or provide the Platform to third parties as a standalone product, except as expressly permitted under a separate written agreement (such as an agency or white-label arrangement).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your Account. SeenByAI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
7.1 Plans
SeenByAI offers a free plan and one or more paid Subscription tiers, which may include, among others, a free scan tier, an entry-level paid plan (currently AI Ready Pro), a mid-tier plan (currently AI Growth), and a custom plan for agencies and enterprises (currently AI Intelligence). Current plan names, pricing, and included features are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
7.2 Free Trials
Where offered, paid plans may include a free trial period. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged the applicable Subscription fee at the end of the trial period. We will make reasonable efforts to disclose trial length and conversion terms clearly at the point of signup.
7.3 Billing and Renewal
Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit your access to paid features until payment is resolved.
7.4 Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid features through that period. Except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable, including partial-month or partial-year fees.
7.5 Plan Changes and Price Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your Subscription at any time. Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades typically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We may change Subscription pricing at any time, with changes to your specific plan taking effect no earlier than your next renewal date and with reasonable advance notice.
7.6 Taxes
Subscription fees do not include applicable taxes, which may be added to your invoice depending on your location.

The Platform provides website analysis, AI-generated recommendations, reports, scores, and optimization assets intended to help Users improve their AI readiness and digital presence. All Generated Content and recommendations should be reviewed by the User before implementation.
Because AI-driven search and recommendation platforms (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot) are operated independently by third parties and change continuously, SeenByAI does not guarantee:
Results depend on factors outside SeenByAI’s control, including third-party algorithm changes, competitive dynamics, and the User’s own implementation of recommendations. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and implementing any Generated Content or recommendation before use.
The AI Readiness Score, AI Authority Score, AI Recommendation Confidence, and any related scoring methodology (collectively, the “Scores”) are informational tools built from a combination of technical, content, and, where applicable, third-party signals. The Scores are intended to help Users understand and prioritize their AI visibility work. The Scores are not a guarantee of current or future AI visibility, ranking, trust, or recommendation by any AI platform, and should not be relied upon as such. SeenByAI may update the methodology behind any Score at any time to improve its accuracy or reflect changes in how AI platforms operate.
From time to time, SeenByAI may make Beta Features available for preview, testing, or early access. Beta Features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without liability. Beta Features may not perform as reliably as generally available features, and data or outputs generated through a Beta Feature may be reset, altered, or lost as the feature is developed. Features currently labeled Beta or Coming Soon on our pricing page or within the Platform, including AI Authority scoring, AI Market Intelligence, and AI Recommendation Confidence, are not available for general use until we remove that label.
By submitting a website, business information, or other Customer Data to the Platform, you represent that you own the website or business in question, or that you are otherwise authorized to submit it for analysis. Where you connect a third-party account or data source (such as Google Analytics) to the Platform, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to authorize that connection, and you authorize SeenByAI to access and process the connected data solely to provide the applicable Services.
SeenByAI retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its software, source code, scoring methodologies, the AI Readiness Score, AI Authority Score, and AI Recommendation Confidence frameworks, the AI Knowledge Engine, the AI Market Intelligence layer, documentation, designs, and all associated intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any SeenByAI intellectual property to you.
As between SeenByAI and the User, the User retains ownership of the website content, business information, and other materials they submit to the Platform, and of the specific Generated Content produced for their Account, subject to SeenByAI’s underlying rights in the Platform, software, and methodology used to produce it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit SeenByAI’s Platform, reports, or software outside the scope of the license in Section 5 without written permission.
SeenByAI and the SeenByAI logo are trademarks of SeenByAI LLC. SeenByAI LLC has filed a U.S. trademark application (Serial application filed on a Section 1(a), use-in-commerce basis) under International Class 042, covering software as a service (SaaS) featuring software using artificial intelligence for analyzing and optimizing business visibility across AI-driven search platforms, with first use anywhere and first use in commerce each claimed at least as early as August 15, 2025.
Other names used to describe features or product areas of the Platform, including AI Readiness Score, AI Authority Score, AI Recommendation Confidence, AI Knowledge Engine, and AI Market Intelligence, are product names used by SeenByAI in connection with the Platform. They are not currently the subject of a separate trademark filing, and this Section does not assert them as registered or pending trademarks. SeenByAI reserves the right to seek trademark protection for these or other names in the future. No license to use the SeenByAI mark, logo, or any other SeenByAI branding is granted by these Terms.
The Services may reference, analyze, or report on third-party AI platforms, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot, as well as search engines and analytics providers such as Google Analytics. SeenByAI is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Microsoft, Perplexity AI, or any other third-party AI or analytics provider, unless expressly stated otherwise. Where the Platform integrates with a third-party AI platform’s API, that access is provided only where the applicable platform’s terms of service permit it, and SeenByAI does not circumvent a third-party platform’s stated restrictions on automated access.
SeenByAI LLC licenses the Platform as described in these Terms. Professional implementation, consulting, website development, or other managed services, where offered, may be provided by SeenByAI LLC or by separate affiliated or independent companies under separate agreements. Except where SeenByAI LLC is the contracting party for such services, these Terms govern only the Platform license described in Section 5, and any professional services are governed by the separate agreement under which they are provided.
Where a Subscription plan includes API or MCP (Model Context Protocol) access, that access is subject to any additional API terms, rate limits, or usage policies published by SeenByAI from time to time. You are responsible for the security of any API keys or credentials issued to you and for all activity conducted through them. SeenByAI may suspend API access that it reasonably believes is being used in violation of these Terms or in a manner that risks the stability of the Platform.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect Customer Data and other information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Platform may be updated, modified, or subject to maintenance at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to add, change, or remove features from any Subscription tier, provided that we will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of material reductions in functionality for their paid plan.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeenByAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to business interruption, lost profits or revenue, lost data, or reliance on any AI-generated recommendation, report, or Score, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SeenByAI’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SeenByAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeenByAI, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful or unlawful activity, or failed to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your Account at any time in accordance with Section 7.4. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, 13, 14, 20, and 21) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. SeenByAI LLC is organized under the laws of Wyoming but operates from and is based in Texas, and the parties agree that Texas law and Texas courts will govern these Terms. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date, and, where changes materially affect paid Subscribers, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
